Wynda McGarity - President, received her BS in Accounting from Fort Lewis College, Durango,Colorado and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Her experience includes four years of part-time and two years full-time in public accounting and fifteen years in various accounting roles in private industry, including: Federal Tax Administrator for a mortgage banking company; Staff Accountant and Accounts Payable Supervisor for a manufacturing company; Accounting Manager (reporting directly to the President) for a software development company and, later, a glazing subcontractor; Consultant for a professional services firm working on Sarbanes-Oxley, software implementaion, and revenue recognition projects; and Manager of Internal Controls and Taxation (reporting jointly to the CFO and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors) for a publicly traded Software as a Service company.  

Patrick McGarity - Vice President, Operations, Majored in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University. His experience in the electronics field began when he managed a field service call center and multimillion dollar stock room in support of 40-plus field engineers around the nation and an on-site repair facility for textile plotter and cutting systems. After that he worked for several years at Texas Instruments on two Navy submarine detection system projects, ASQ-81 and APS-115, again in the field service department. In 1991, Patrick landed in contract electronic manufacturing, where he established himself in the industry as an expert in Surface Mount Technology. He quickly rose to Director of Manufacturing and during his 11 years there was instrumental in the growth of the company to over 10 million in annual sales, and gaining recognition in the Dallas 100 as one of the fastest growing companies in the Dallas area. 

Tom Holder - Vice President, Business Development, joined PM Assembly in February of 2009. Prior to that, he was the Director of Value Add Division at Global Innovation Corp ("GIC"). His responsibilities included: overseeng GIC's PCB layout and assembly groups as well as DFM team and Customer Service. Prior to his three years at GIC, Tom spent one and a half years at Texas Prototypes where he was responsible for building a PCB Layout organization and overseeing Texas Prototypes DFM group. He was also responsible for managing projects from layout through prototype assembly to high volume assembly transfer. Prior to Texas Prototypes, he spent seven years as Engineering Services Manager for Flextronics. Tom has twenty-plus years of experience in the PCB business that spans across design, manufacturing and assembly.
